WEBSITE INFORMATION

Privacy notice

How Volvector handles website enquiries and information needed to operate this website.

Volvector Technologies Ltd is responsible for the personal information described here. Registered in England and Wales, company number 17537378. Registered office: 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Contact: Volvector@outlook.com.

Information you provide

When you request a trial or walkthrough, we collect your name, work email, organisation, request type and offering of interest. You may also provide your role, markets, data environment and a message. We record the submission time, request reference, privacy acknowledgement and the trial duration offered. Please keep confidential trade details, client information and source credentials out of your message.

How we use it

We use these details to respond, understand your requirements and arrange an evaluation. We rely on our legitimate interests in handling professional enquiries and developing customer relationships. Where you ask us to take steps towards an agreement with you personally, we may also process information to take those steps. We use limited technical information to prevent abuse and keep the website working safely.

An enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list, create an application account or activate a trial. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for advertising profiles.

Storage and service providers

Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Access to the enquiry inbox is restricted to the authorised website owner. Email notifications, when configured, contain a request reference and a link to that private inbox rather than the visitor’s contact details or message. Our email delivery provider is Resend; the receiving mailbox is hosted by Microsoft. We do not send an automatic marketing email to the enquirer.

Hosting and email providers may process operational information outside the UK. Processing is subject to their applicable service and data-protection terms. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

Retention

Website enquiry records are kept for 12 months after submission. Records older than that are removed by the website’s retention controls when the form or private inbox is used, and the owner can run the cleanup directly. If an enquiry becomes a customer relationship, records needed for that relationship are handled separately under the applicable customer terms and privacy information. Information needed for a legal obligation or dispute may be retained separately for the necessary period.

The website’s abuse controls use an hourly hashed network identifier. The raw network address is not stored in the enquiry record. Expired rate-limit records are removed during normal form activity. Hosting and email services may retain their own operational logs according to their service policies.

Cookies, films and sign-in

This website adds no advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Optional films are served from the website and load only when selected. Public pages and enquiry forms do not require ChatGPT sign-in. The private management inbox uses OpenAI authentication for the owner; the website receives the signed-in identity and does not receive the owner’s password. Hosting and authentication services may use cookies needed for security and sign-in.

Your rights and contact

You can ask for access to your personal information, correction or deletion, or ask us to restrict its use. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Rights depend on the circumstances, and we may need to verify your identity before responding. Contact Volvector@outlook.com with your request or any concern.

You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
